USGBC- LEED OnLine

USGBC offers instructions and tools to guide project teams through the LEED certification process.

Most project teams can take advantage of LEED-Online to submit all of their application materials.

To earn LEED certification, a project must satisfy all prerequisites and a minimum number of points outlined in the LEED Rating System.

The application process varies for each Rating System. Please submit your application according to the guidelines below

·   LEED for New Construction Version 2.2 - Must apply using LEED-Online

·   LEED for New Construction Version 2.1 - May apply using hard copies or LEED-Online

·    LEED for New Construction Version 2.0 - Must apply using hard copies unless upgrading to Version 2.1 or Version 2.2

·     LEED for Existing Buildings Version 2.0 - Must apply using LEED-Online if registered after November 15, 2005

·    LEED for Commercial Interiors Version 2.0 - Must apply using LEED-Online if registered after January 1, 2006

·   LEED for Core and Shell Version 2.0 - Must apply using LEED-Online
